By placing an order with StrappingPro, you agree to these terms.

Products, specifications, availability, and prices may change without notice. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, information is incorrect, or an order cannot be fulfilled. Payment must be authorized before an order is processed.

Free standard shipping is provided on all products, including full skids, to delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 United States. Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or other locations outside the contiguous 48 states require a shipping quote before purchase. Free shipping does not include expedited service, special handling, inside delivery, liftgate service, redelivery, storage, or other accessorial freight charges unless expressly stated in writing.

Orders normally ship no later than the next business day after payment authorization, excluding weekends, holidays, out-of-stock items, unusually large orders, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Shipping dates are estimates, not guarantees. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for ensuring that the delivery location can accept the shipment. Freight deliveries may require an appointment and an authorized recipient.

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Products must be used only with compatible equipment and in accordance with applicable instructions and safety practices. Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their particular load, equipment, and application.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
